The system is made up of light-weight trays which can be easily swapped in and out of the laser system bed. Simply remove the processed tray from the laser system, load a new one in and let the laser start processing immediately. As the laser is cutting, the processed tray can be cleared out and loaded with a new sheet of material.
What Makes the Versa-Tray Unrivaled?

The Versa-Tray is available in three different configurations: honeycomb bed (aluminum and paper), acrylic slats and metal slats. Each style bed has its advantages for certain applications and materials. For example, the acrylic slat table absorbs the laser beam during laser cutting, eliminating flash backs on the back side of your material. - Efficiency:
Time is money, right? The Versa-Tray is built to save time. While the laser system is processing your material, another set of Versa-Trays can be loaded and sitting by ready to be placed on the machine. As soon as the job is complete, the trays are swapped and laser cutting and engraving can continue immediately. Unloading, stacking and weeding of parts all takes place off the laser system bed. This greatly reduces downtime between cut jobs allowing you to get more done in less time, boosting productivity and profits. - Easy Integration:
The Versa-Tray is compatible with Kern’s complete range of laser systems, including some older models, like the HSE. So, whether you’re an existing customer or looking at a brand-new machine, the Versa-Tray will meet your needs. - Low-Cost Replacement
A CAD file is included which allows users to cut replacement acrylic and metal slats. These slats are easily inserted without disassembly of the tray system.
