Kern’s technical support team is committed to providing a collection of high quality technical support videos covering pre-arrival, installation, training and maintenance. The video gallery can be accessed by clicking on the blue CUSTOMER LOGIN bar at the top of any page. A username and password are required. If you do not know your login credentials please contact your sales person.

Kern’s main focus is prompt and personalized customer service. A dedicated technical support department is standing by and ready to help you with technical issues that may arise.

Take comfort in knowing that at Kern Laser Systems you will be dealing with someone that is trained and knowledgeable in running laser systems on a daily basis. During business hours all phone calls are answered by a person, not a machine or answering service. E-mails are answered promptly.

Customer support includes assistance with parameters of the system and training in CorelDraw, AutoCAD LT, KCAM, and other software. Training is always FREE of charge at the Kern factory.
